What is the process to Rent to Own my home with IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM?
Call our office to have any of your questions answered. Once you have decided to Rent to Own your home, a consultant will be sent to the home to discuss the Rent to Own potential of your property. Your consultant will take room dimensions and note features of each room in the home. We will then do a detailed write-up, create your web page, print your highlight sheets and install your sign on the front lawn. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to get all this set up.
At this point we take over 100%. We handle all the phone calls, perform all the showings, deal with all potential tenant buyers, qualify the tenant buyers, have our Credit Councillor and Mortgage broker work with the tenant buyer during the entire length of the term to ensure they are in a position to purchase the property at the end of the term.
When is payment due?
You actually NEVER PAY US, WE PAY YOU!! We manage the entire process, manage and maintain your property for the duration of the term. Since our work spans the entire length of the term and is very specialized we are compensated by the tenant buyer in the beginning, during and at the end of the contract.
Why should I use IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM rather than another Real Estate Investor?

How fast are Tenant Buyers being found through IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM?
This number changes depending on the time of year. In the busy months of spring and summer when more buyers usually look, this number is typically lower, while in the calmer winter months the average days on market may rise. But a home priced close to what the marketplace believes is fair value will always Rent to Own much faster than an over-priced home, which will never Rent to Own until it's no longer considered over-priced. Generally we can find a tenant buyer within 4-8 weeks.
What is the Success Rate for homes listed with IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM?
The majority of homes listed with IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM sell through IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM.
How do I know what to ask for my home? Does IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM offer Evaluations? When do we set the selling price of the home?
So, though IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM is not in the business of evaluating homes, IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM uses comparable home evaluations to determine today’s asking price, rental price and to derive the selling price at the end of the term. We also use CMHC historical data appreciation averages to calculate the future asking price of the home. If your home is over-priced at the end of the term most banks will not finance your Tenant Buyer so we either lower the price of the home in order for it to sell or enter into another agreed upon term. If we lower the price of the home to market value, this Risk is assumed by IOFFERSOLUTIONS.COM as we have a guaranteed purchase price with you, the HOME OWNER. This comes directly off the RTO FEE the Tenant Buyer pays us at the end of the term. It is for this reason we use your current home value and CMHC averages when calculating the purchase price at the end of the term.
